Can the score go down?

Yes, and that is by design. Identifying areas for improvement reflects where that room can be enhanced. As you make each adjustment, those points return right away.

Is there a top score?

Each completed room has 100 available points, so a room with nothing found sits at 100. There is no combined total across rooms and nothing to win.

Do I get points for using the app?

No. Nothing you tap changes your Home Safety Score. Only what a check finds in your home, and what you resolve, moves it.

Can family members see it?

Only if you invite them. You choose who in your Circle in SeniorThrive sees your room results.
