Can my parent ask for help themselves?

Yes. On their Who to Turn To page, your loved one chooses the areas where they would welcome a hand: companionship, meals, rides, medical, finances, or something in their own words. They stay in charge of every ask and can change their mind any time.

We live far apart. Can we still help?

Absolutely. When you take on a role in Ways to Help, you choose to help from afar, coordinating a ride or a delivery from anywhere, or in person. Distance is no barrier to being someone's point person.

What if my loved one does not use technology?
