This page explains how it works. The tool itself is inside your SeniorThrive account.

When you open SeniorThrive, you land on a screen we call My Day. It is your home screen. Here is what each piece of it means, from the top down.
1. The greeting at the top
A hello with your name and one line: Your day, your pace. Start anywhere.
2. Your daily check-in
A short question about how you are today. Tap Check in. It is there every day, and it takes under a minute.
3. Today
From your second day, a short row of tiles: Next step, while one of your setup steps is still open; On your calendar, when something is on today's list; and Your week. Below them you might see anything waiting for your answer, notes your family pinned for you, and the tools you pinned. If there are more than six of those, tap More today.
4. Your week, and See my check-ins
The Your week tile says how many of the last 7 days you checked in, such as Checked in on yourself 3 of the last 7 days. Under it is a row of seven days, with a filled circle on each day you checked in. If you have not checked in yet, it says Your week starts with one check-in. Once you have checked in, tap See my check-ins for the fuller record. There is no target on it and nothing to fall behind on.
5. Your first few days
For the first three days, a small hello from Brian sits near the top, and on your first day there is an offer to prepare your free emergency card. From your second day, Today shows its tiles, and the rest fills in as you use SeniorThrive.
6. Explore, and the seven hubs
Under Today, Explore has five doors: My Health, My Home, Family & Friends, Activities, and Daily Life. The same five, plus My Day and Thrive Plan, are in your sidebar (or the bottom bar on a phone).
- My Day. Your check-in, Today, and the doors.
- Thrive Plan. Your goal, your next step, and what you have done so far.
- My Health. Your readings, your medicines, how you feel, doctor visit notes, emergency preparedness, and your goals.
- My Home. My Home, Step by Step, Room Safety Check, your to-dos, local help, and your papers.
- Family & Friends. Your Circle, the shared Tasks list, video calls, companion chat, shared photos, and a Planning ahead section.
- Activities. Fitness videos, Active Living, brain games, your garden, books, art museums, and hobbies.
- Daily Life. Your calendar, Things I Need, meals and recipes, rides, scam checks, planning ahead, pets, and helpful tips.
Tap any hub to go into it. Each hub has its own set of tools, called spokes. You can read What are hubs, and how SeniorThrive is organized for more on the shape of the app.
7. Help for this page, and Avery
At the top of every page is a button that says Help for this page. On a phone it says This page. Tap it for help with the page you are on: on many pages a short overview video, then a one-minute tour of the page, quick answers, and a way to chat with Avery.
The first time you open a page, a small note at the top offers the tour. Tap Show me around to take it, or No thanks, and it will not ask again. The tour is always there in Help for this page.
The small chat bubble in the corner is Avery, our chat assistant. Tap it any time and ask a question in plain English. Avery always starts as an AI assistant, and you can ask Avery to connect you with a SeniorThrive teammate.
8. Your menu and your Settings
At the top corner, open your menu. Settings / Preferences is where you change your privacy and your notifications. Billing / Upgrade is where you change your plan. Who is in your Circle shows the people in your Circle.
That is the dashboard. Everything else lives inside the hubs.
