The Daily Wellness Log is your personal health journal — a simple way to record how you're feeling each day so you can spot patterns, stay informed, and share helpful information with your doctor or family.

    What to Expect

    • Choose which lifestyle factors to track

    • Review your patterns over time
    • Export or share your log

    Finding the Daily Wellness Log

    1. Sign in to your SeniorThrive account.
    2. Look at the menu on the left side of the screen.
    3. Find the My Health section and click on it.
    4. Click Daily Wellness Log. The log page will open.

    What Can You Track?

The Daily Wellness Log has five tracking areas, called cards. Each card tracks one part of your health:

    • Hydration — How much water you drink each day
    • Mood Level — How you're feeling emotionally (rated on a 1–5 scale)
    • Nutrition — What you eat at each meal
    • Pain Level — How much discomfort you're experiencing (rated on a 0–10 scale)
    • Sleep Quality — How long and how well you slept

Each card shows your number of past readings and has two buttons: History (to see past entries) and Add (to record a new entry).

    How to Log a Reading

    Hydration (Water Intake)

    1. Find the Hydration card and click the blue Add button.
    2. A form will open. Under "When did you take this reading?", click Just now to use today's date, or click Pick a date to choose a different day.
    3. In the Amount (oz) of water box, type the number of ounces you drank. A standard glass of water is about 8 ounces.
    4. Optionally, type a note in the Context box (for example: "Hot day" or "After exercise"). You may also add extra notes in the Notes box.
    5. Click Log Hydration to save.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fill in all five categories every day?
No. You can log as few or as many as you like. Even logging one or two things consistently is helpful.

Can I log something from yesterday or a past date?
Yes. Choose Pick a date instead of "Just now" when adding a reading.

What if I entered the wrong information?
Click the History button on that card to find and edit or delete the entry.

    What does "0 readings" mean?
It means you haven't logged any entries for that category yet. Click Add to start.

How do I get help if I'm stuck?
Click the Get Help button in the top right corner, or click the ? circle next to the heading.

For additional help, use the "Get Help" button at the top of any SeniorThrive page or chat with Avery.
