    Your ThriveScore combines Home Safety and Activity & Wellness into one number.

    What Is ThriveScore History?

    ThriveScore History is your personal wellness scoreboard. It lives in the left-hand menu under your account and shows you how well you are doing at staying safe and active at home — all in one easy place.

    Think of it like a report card for your well-being. Every time you do something good — like scanning a room for safety hazards, logging a walk, or checking in for the day — you earn points. ThriveScore History keeps track of all of them.

    How to Get There

    1. Look at the left-side menu on any page in SeniorThrive.
    2. Scroll down until you see "ThriveScore History" with a small circle icon next to it.
    3. Click or tap it once. The page will open on the right side of your screen.
    4. If you want to go back to the main Dashboard at any time, click the "← Dashboard" button near the top of the page.

    What You Will See on This Page

    Your Big Number — The ThriveScore

    Right at the top, you will see a large circle with a number in the middle. That number is your ThriveScore — your total wellness score at a glance.

    Around the outside of the circle you will notice two rings:

    • A Blue Ring that gets thicker the more you improve your home safety.
    • An Orange shimmer that spins faster the more active you are.

    The bigger your number and the fuller those rings, the better you are doing!

    Three Score Cards

    Just below your big number, you will find three smaller cards side by side:

    If a card says "Start Today!" it means you haven't started that activity yet — and that is perfectly okay! It's an invitation to begin whenever you feel ready.

    What Is ThriveScore? (The Explainer Section)

    Below the score cards, there is a section called "What is ThriveScore?" If you click on it, it will expand and show you a plain-English explanation:

    • Blue Ring — Safety: This is your protective shield. It grows thicker as you make your home safer with room scans and hazard fixes.
    • Orange Shimmer — Vitality: This is your energy! The more active you are, the faster it spins. It shows you're vibrant and moving forward.
    • The big number combines both scores into one clear measure of your total well-being.

    Recent Achievements

    Further down the page, you will find the "Recent Achievements" section. This is a log of every activity that has earned you points.

    Filtering Your Achievements

    You can narrow down what you see using the three filter controls:

    • Activity Type — A dropdown menu that lets you choose which type of activity to view. The default is "All Activities," but you can switch it to see just your Home Safety points, just your Wellness check-ins, and so on.
    • From Date — Click the calendar icon and pick a start date if you want to look back at a specific time period.
    • To Date — Click the calendar icon and pick an end date.

    You can also click the Filter button (with the small funnel icon) in the top-right corner of this section to apply your filters.

    If the Page Shows a Loading Message

    Sometimes your achievements may take a moment to load. Here is what the messages mean and what to do:

    • "This is taking a bit longer than usual…" — The page is still working. Please wait a moment. You do not need to do anything.
    • "We're having trouble loading your achievements" — The system had a temporary hiccup. There is nothing wrong with your account. Simply click the "Try Again" button and the page will reload your information.

    If it continues to fail, wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, use the "Get Help" button at the top-right corner of any page to contact support.

    Your Journey Starts Here

    If you are brand new to SeniorThrive and have not done any activities yet, you will see a message that says:

    "Your Journey Starts Here — Check in daily, scan rooms, and log vitals to see your achievements appear here."

    This just means your history is empty right now, which is completely normal for new members. Once you start using other parts of SeniorThrive — like Fitness Videos, Log Activity, or Home Safety scans — your points will begin to show up here automatically.

    Tips for Earning More ThrivePoints

    • Check in every day — Even a quick daily check-in adds to your Day Streak and your Activity & Wellness score.
    • Scan a room — Walk through one room in your home and use the Home Safety scan. Each scan adds to your Blue Ring.
    • Log your vitals — Record things like your steps or how you're feeling. Every entry counts.
    • Play a Brain Game — Activities across the whole platform contribute to your score.

    Every small step makes your ThriveScore grow. There is no rush — just keep going at your own pace!

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why is my score 0 or very low?

    You may just be getting started. Try checking in for the day, doing a room scan, or logging an activity — your score will begin to climb right away.

    My score went down. Did I do something wrong?

    Scores can fluctuate based on activity. Missing a few days of check-ins may reduce your streak or wellness score. Just start back up again — every day is a fresh start!

    I can't find the ThriveScore History page.

    Look in the left-side menu. You may need to scroll down a little. It is listed under your personal account items at the top of the menu.

    The page looks frozen or blank.

    Try refreshing your internet browser (press F5 on a keyboard, or tap the reload/circle arrow button in your browser). If that doesn't work, click "Get Help" in the top-right corner.

    Can my family see my ThriveScore?

    Please check with your account settings or contact support for information about what family caregivers can see.
