Log Activity is your personal activity journal. Record what you do each day across four areas of wellness: physical movement, mind and memory, connecting with others, and daily routines. Every activity you log earns Thrive Points and builds your ThriveScore.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Log Activity
Sign in to your SeniorThrive account. Look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Find the section called Stay Active and click on it. Click Log Activity. Your activity dashboard will open.
Step 2: Understand the Four Categories
Log Activity organizes your day into four wellness areas. Each category has a set of preset activities ready to log:
- 🚶 Move My Body — Walking, exercises, stretching, physical therapy, balance work
- 🧠 Mind & Memory — Puzzles, memory games, reading, word games, number puzzles
- 👥 Connect with Others — Family time, phone calls, coffee with a friend, group activities, meals with others
- 📋 My Daily Routine — Making a meal, tidying up, gardening, self-care, shopping
Step 3: See Today's Activities
The main screen shows everything you have logged today. Each entry displays the activity name, time, duration, and your mood if you added one. If you have not logged anything yet, you will see "Ready to get moving?" with a prompt to get started.
Step 4: View Your Stats
Below your activity list, you will see your progress:
- Today's Accomplishments — what you have done so far today
- This Week — total activities and time spent
- This Month — total activities, total time, Thrive Points earned, and a breakdown by category
