Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Fitness Videos
Sign in to your SeniorThrive account. Look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Find the section called Stay Active and click on it to expand it. Click Fitness Videos. The Video Library will open.
Step 2: Understand What You're Looking At
The Fitness Videos page has three main areas:
Your Activity Bar — At the top, you will see four pieces of information: This Week (how many videos you have watched this week), Monthly Goal (your target for the month), Streak (how many days in a row you have been active), and ThriveScore Earned (points you have earned toward your wellness score).
The Video Library — Below the activity bar, this is where all the videos live.
The Safety Notice — A yellow banner reminds you to consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program and to stop if you feel pain. Click Got it to dismiss it.
Step 3: Browse by Category
The Video Library has filter buttons across the top. Each button is a type of exercise. Click any category to see videos that match:

Click any category to filter the library. Click a different category at any time to switch.
Step 4: Watch a Video
Find a video you want to try. Each video card shows a thumbnail image, the video length, the title, and the channel name. Click the play button icon on the video thumbnail to open it in YouTube. The video will open in a new tab so you can watch it full screen.
Step 5: Come Back to Videos You Like
Click the bookmark icon on any video card to save it. Saved videos will appear under the Saved Videos tab so you can find them quickly next time.
What Happens Next
Every video you watch counts toward your weekly activity total and your Streak. Your ThriveScore Wellness points update automatically. In the next step, we'll show you how to set a monthly goal to stay on track.
