Finding Brain Games and Understanding the Library

Brain Games gives you access to eleven cognitive training games designed to keep your mind sharp, build focus, and exercise different parts of your brain. Every game is playable right inside SeniorThrive. No downloads. No accounts. Just tap Play Now and go.

    What to Expect

    • Find Brain Games in the Stay Active menu
    • Browse all ten games in the library
    • Read what each game trains before you start
    • Choose a game that matches how you feel today

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Open Brain Games

Sign in to your SeniorThrive account. Look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Find the section called Stay Active and click on it. Click Brain Games. The game library will open.

Step 2: Understand the Game Cards

Each game appears as a card with a colored header. Every card tells you four things before you click anything:

    • The game name — displayed in bold at the top of the card header.
    • Time estimate — shown with a clock icon. This is how long a typical session takes.
    • Difficulty level — shown next to the time. Levels include Easy, Medium, and Adaptive.
    • Cognitive category — shown below the header: Memory, Attention, Problem Solving, Learning, or Language.
    • Skill tags — small colored tags listing the specific brain skills the game builds.

Step 3: Read the Game Description

Each card has a one-sentence description explaining exactly what you do in the game. Read it before you click Play Now so you know what to expect.

    Step 4: Get More Details

Click the ⓘ circle icon at the bottom left of any game card. A small panel will open showing the full description, the cognitive benefits, the difficulty level, and the time estimate. Click Play Now from this panel to go straight into the game.

Step 5: Choose a Game and Play

Click Play Now on the card of your choice. A game setup screen will open. From here you can Quick Start with default settings, Customize Settings to adjust difficulty and style, or tap How to Play to read the rules before you begin.
